- It's of Flour.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Oil(for frying and making dough).
- Prepare of Water.
- Prepare of Veggies (carrot,sweet pepper,potatoes,onion,chili,tomatoes,red bell pepper,onions).
- You need of Minced meat.
- You need of Ginger.
- It's of Spices.
- Prepare of Breakfast.
Fried chappati and vegetable minced meat sauce instructions
- Mix flour,salt and oil then add water to form a dough.
- Cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes,meanwhile prepare your veggies.
- Cut them into desired shapes and cook(mind not to overcook your veggies).
- Cut the dough into small halves and make balls,using oil not to stick to surface roll the dough not too flat and not too thick,make a small hole in the middle using your hand.
- Pour oil into frying pan and allow it to become hot before deep frying(Note that:you can’t roll all the dough at once,when you fry one side you roll another dough).
- Fry both side and when golden brown remove from oil and allow to stain in a colander.
- Prepare your sauce by stir frying a little oil and onions followed by chili,add the minced meat and ginger paste,.
- Allow to cook then add your veggies and spices,cook for 5 minutes and it’s done.
