- It's of jumbo Shells.
- You need of ground beef.
- You need of onion.
- You need of 1 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Prepare of 2 eggs.
- Prepare of Frozen chopped spinach.

Nana’s Meat Stuffed Shells step by step
- Bring water to a boil and add jumbo shells to water.
- Sauté onions, garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef, cook until browned.
- Remove shells and rinse with cool water - do not cook shells all the way.
- Add parsley, cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out all water.
- Drain beef.
- Mix beef, spinach, Parmesan and 2 eggs in bowl with a little sauce.
